Summer Workouts

Summer workouts have been going strong with a large number of potential players participating. Monday, Wednesday and Friday the boys have been doing a weight lifting program to develop their core strength.  Tuesday and Thursday the boys have been doing speed workouts on the track with the exception of Thursday 6/19 when we used the pool.  The guys are really working hard and I am excited to see the hard work pay off this upcoming season.  
In all we have had as many as 35 guys there for the morning workout with our smallest number being 24.
